Works for me (just tested 2mins ago) on this setup:
MBP 13" 2.4GHz C2D 8GB RAM with 64bit OS X Snow Leopard
Cubase 7.0.2 64bit
iPhone 4S with latest iOS and iC Pro, latest Steinberg SKI Remote plugin
I wouldn’t recommend it for obvious reasons, Cubase 'n SKI-R both requiring Lion+ and so on, i personally intend to upgrade soon but it’s not my primary DAW
