Thank you for looking into this.
It’s easy to reproduce:
- Create new project
- Import audio file to track 1 at bar 3
- Mixdown project and select separate tracks
- Add new audio track
- Doubletap the mixed down track to import it again
- Zoom in to bar 3 and notice the mismatch

This causes a problem when exchanging tracks between members of my band…
