Sorry for being excessive in my previous posts, but that’s how i am.
AAF is a very complicated issue IMHO, that is not only related to Nuendo / Steinberg, but to all editing applications out there (Adobe Premiere / Audition, Digital Performer, etc.), except AVID (but even there, there are issues between Media Composer and Pro Tools, depending on the versions and many other elements). But that’s another story.
Unfortunately AATranslator doesn’t work under OS X, but this tool has been the key for me when dealing whith “foreign” projects when Nuendo couldn’t import or export to Pro Tools or Pyramix. These guys are doing a great job, and i wish Steinberg, AVID, and others, could finance them for the work they are NOT doing (interoperability). I also bought SSL Pro Convert years ago, and this one is a joke, and has not been updated for years. Shame on you SSL… Off topic finsihed.
Anyway, i hope Steinberg will implement WavPack at some point, it would be useful.
