Right everyone I have just solved my audio glitch it’s the blinking pref file yet AGAIN I have deleted per SB tech and low and behold no more glitch. I still have the insert problem but been told it maybe win 7 net frame. Now I have had BIG issues with net frame in the past had to install it then re-install it which fixed a big issue I had last year. I am going to run some test then see what I find will post once I know
