ok fixed it.
went to hd/library/Syncrosoft Soft-eLicenser/
then I trashed whatever was there, started over and everything worked.
POS COPY PROTECTION!!!
This maybe my last time upgrading. Love the program, but Steinberg treats me like a f’n criminal.
