Middle C - C3 or C4?

I’m curious about where note number 60 is on the keyboard in the piano roll editor. Is it C3 or C4?

Key Nr 60 is labeled as C4, recorded in Cubase as C4 and triggered in Midi Monitor as C4.

For me MIDI note 60 is C3 the yamaha standard not C4 the Roland standard. Is there someway to change this display?
