I am glad to hear you got it sorted!
HALion may appear complicated at first glance, but believe me, once you get to grips with it, it is quite easy and intuitive. It is so easy to customize the views, that you don’t have to use portions of the program if you don’t want to and can only have visible what you do want to focus on. It is all very streamlined and you will be whipping around in no time. I am the worst when it comes to adapting to things that look overly daunting at first glance, but even I can handle HALion 5 with ease and I am all the better for it. It is the best piece of software I have had in many, many years, next to Cubase 7. If you have any questions, or need some assistance, I would be more than willing to help out.
