Probably not… I have graphic a card with much less power and it works perfectly with Cubase. But maybe it’s worth trying to update the driver installed.
Maybe you could also try to set differently the ‘Advanced Options’ settings in the ‘Device setup’/‘VST audio system’ page. Check also the settings in the ‘preferences/VST’ one…
