Now wouldn't it be amusing if Steinberg came back and said "because of all the constant moaning about the mixing consul we have decided to call it a day so your c7.0.6 was the final version of Cubase ever so start buying fruity loops instead ,good bye ..oohhhh and btw from now the forum is shut " .
If i was running Steinberg I would seriously consider this approach considering the amount of ungrateful oiks there are on this planet . Take a step back and think " where would I be without Steinberg inventing Cubase and Vst ? " The answer is A TASCAM PORTO STUDIO

have a nice day ;)

Are some of the users, me included, unreasonable in their/our requests and arguments? Definitely.

Did Steinberg release an unfinished product below beta standard? Definitely

Is the constant nagging from us, the users, stressing Steinberg into rush-releasing said unfinished product? Definitely.

I'll be the first to admit I was eagerly awaiting version 7. But I would gladly have waited a little longer to get the proper product.

Looks like the sarcasm and taking the urine plugins are working great so 7.5 should be just around the corner. I live on a roundabout in the middle of a duel carriageway.
If in doubt scream and shout.
