I have redownloaded element 7 afeter a pc reformat and halion has not been included!! what do i do or where do i go to redownload it

where did you download it from? HALion Sonic SE is included in the installation package. It is not possible to download only Cubase without download. Which OS are you using? Check in the “extra content” folders… you should find it there.

i am using win 7 64 bit.
I downloaded the trial from your site as i only have bought the soft download. Then activated it in the normal way.Where is this “extra content” folder you talk about because i cannot find it.I have looked in the main folder.
When i open a project it says"The plugin"HALionSonic SE could not be found for instrument track “?”
And when i open the edit instrument it just comes up with ansplash screen with “no parameters available”" written on it also when i enlarge the window there is nothing at all inside it. Can i send screen shots? 
Also,clicking on the vst below All midi inputs( on the left of the screen) says !!! Halion Sonic SE !!! and clicking on that it says missing plugins. So it seems like a corrupt download to me .Thx

I have re-sent you the order confirmation e-mail, with the download link to the Cubase Elements 7 full installer. Please install that one instead of the trial version and let me know if it worked.

I re downloaded the installer for windows as supplied by you Uninstalled the one already on my computer.Installed the new Elements 7 then installed the update.But still no Halion !!
I went into Programs folder and whilst the Elements 7 folder was there,there was no mention of Halion .I opened the program and it still says “no app” etc
