7.5 is not ready on my setup

Postby Rudi007 » Thu Dec 12, 2013 8:09 pm

Im sorry, i tried to run 7.5, because it was sold as an update to 7.. I assumed there will be no new bugs.. I was wrong..

I wish i could get a refund, and buy 7.5 once it is actually production quality. And now, 7.0.7 comming out end of jan.. No news when you fix the issues we have paid for once again..

I guess same issue as last year, steinberg going on leave, not giving a damn if we can work or not.. You got your money...

Grid on variaudio missing.... Making cubase 7.5 useless to work in, because i need that integration.
Folder track overview dissapears..

2 issues we didnt have in 7.0.6.. How did you get it right to break it more... Doesnt make sence..

SB will fix the issues shared in 7.06, that relate to both it and 7.5 in 7.07 and transfer the changes to 7.5.1. Mark my words.

Well you know what they say about when you make an assumption! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YS3i-irQ0L0

I imagine you can. Last year, refunds were offered to unhappy campers. Did you ask?

sorry for your frustration...I know ive been there too with Cubase.

I think we can all agree that Steinberg will eventually fix all your issues as well as everyone elses.

until then Id stick with the version you upgraded from.

I know I get so distracted with all the new goodies in a new release that I loose track of what im trying to accomplish in the first place.

best of luck!

A few annoying bugs, granted, but to say that 7.5 is not "production ready" is quite a stretch.
