I look forward to there being no dongle… and then for all the posts screaming for it to be brought back.
When you can’t remember all those numbers and passwords. When you’re out recording on your lappy with “clients”. (clients was an old English newspaper term for men who visited houses of ill repute) 
Have you all actually thought about the alternative?
If you have to go out with your DAW (outDAWs I suppose) there are cases (that also double as a computer desk/rest) where things like dongles on extenders can be stashed out of sight.
After all Steinberg are doing so much for us I’m starting to think of them as a nanny company.
