not sure what the question actually is but anyhow-- if you’re asking about the logistics of the download, it’s / will be either on the site, or on the SB ftp; failing both, you can ask your local SB dealer for the .iso file(s) (that’s how i got some legacy versions i had needed in the past for various compatibility reasons).
if it’s a general comment regarding the product cycle, all i can say it’s been like this with previous cubase versions, and while not ideal, there’s probably nothing that could change that.
