I'd find that very useful, especially when editing recordings of several mics! :)

Wonder if Steinberg even considered user requests. Nothing I need on 7.5. Geez.. After a year of fixing bugs, they still cant give us what we asked for..

Multi-track, phase-stable warp please....... that would have made 7.5 compelling for me.

I would really like this, but closer to what i *need* is a mode which acts more like a Audio playback which calculates BPM across the audio. The use for this is when you import audio which has unknown tempo and you want to adjust the tempo accordingly across a large portion of audio. More similar to how a DJ would blend tracks than cutting and splicing. hope that makes sense, hehe.

Must be phase stable..otherwise it'll be useless on anything that's multi-Mic'd.

Sure, absolutely :!:
Been requesting that for ages.
Along with general basic multitrack wave editing, like silence, fade in/out (not the clip handles), change level of range etc.
I'll be fine with a lite "wave-editor-only" version too, as long as we're entitled to having grid lines - having this in the project window would be a bonus though, agreed.
Just for the record, my personal application would be mostly multi-mic guitar recording (or other stringed instruments fwiw), so please no drum-only solution !
cheers,
Rhino
