Do you have “direct monitoring” enabled in the Device setup, that would be the first thing, aside from that it is worth spending quite a bit of time learning how it integrates with C7.5, it really isn’t “out of the box” stuff. another thought, on the mixer page do you have the Cue Sends showing, they are not shown by default and are OFF by default too I think. Without those you won’t get a mix to whatever you specify as the cue mix output
