Problems with audio input - IMPORTANT

Hi Sox,

Here are some things to check:

#1 Allow Cubasis To Access Microphone #

  • Please open Apple Settings
  • Scroll down to Cubasis
  • Check if “Allow Cubasis To Access Microphone” is active (green)

#2 iPad Restart #

  • Please perform a hard reset (“slide to power off”)

#3 Factory Reset #
If all of the above fails I’d suggest a factory reset of the iPad device (make sure to backup all of your data before hand).
