Hi, I think I make a mistake. I buy online the update from Artist 7 to Cubase 7.5 and it doesn’t work. It doesn’t work in the usb elicenser. Maybe thats because I previously make an online update from Artist 7 to Artist 7.5(being in the grace period). I think that because of that I can’t activate the cubase update I buy. I buy a update that costs more that the one I actually need (from artist 7.5 to cubase 7.5) and I am not vein able to use it.
It is posible that people in Steinberg send me the activation code that actually work between Cubase artist 7.5 and Cubase 7.5 ?
Is there other way to solve this problem ?
