Dubstep in Retrologue

Can Retrologue be used to make really good dubstep bass wobbles? So far, I have acceptable wobbles, but it seems that synths like Massive can just generate better sound, perhaps because they have more types of waveforms to choose from. Just how capable is Retrologue for this genre?

Steinberg have a video how to.

Something that’s really missing to create groovy, less static LFO’s transitions with Retrologue is a LFO retrigger function when sync is disabled. Fortunately it’s present in Halion 5 which uses an extensive version of Retrologue’s synth engine.

And now retrigger is present in Retrologue 2 also :sunglasses:
