Get yourself a microphone and connect it to your PC, or get a sample pack that contains shouts in the style you like (Rock, Urban, house, etc)

Computer music magazine usually has lots of samples with each issue - the current one has a free selection of retro house stuff - I suspect exactly what you’re looking for.
