I bought a new DAW PC and needed to install my Elements 7. I had problems with the soft eLicenser so I contacted Steinberg Support. Chris Dobbs helped me through a number of emails based on my lack of understanding exactly what I needed to do to get the software loaded properly.
I was very impressed with his patience and he kept with me all the way until my issue was resolved.
