Improve MixConsole/Track Sync

The MixConsole/Track Sync needs work.

  1. Click on the track Name in MixConsole. If that track is -already- selected in the Project BUT it has scrolled off the viewport (you paged up for example so it’s no longer in view), the Sync does nothing. What it -should- do is ALWAYS scroll the ‘sync’ track into view.

  2. Click on the track Name in MixConsole. If that track is inside a folder (say a VST channel), the Sync does nothing. What it -should- do is OPEN the folder and then scroll the ‘sync’ track into view.

In short, 100% of the time clicking the track Name in MixConsole should bring the Project track into view.
