Sure is. In the regular mixer window’s layout make sure the control room is checked so you see it as part of the mixer. Then in the Devices dropdown menu select Control Room Mixer. This will open a 2nd window with only the Control Room. FYI you can open 3 different instances of the regular mixer from the same menu - so you can really customize your mixer display. Especially handy if using multiple monitors.
