Before moving to 8.0.30 I recorded 16 measures of quarter (drum) notes to the Cubase metronome in 8.0.20. I then did the same in 8.0.30 (using the same template). The two patterns look very similar. So, it does not appear that the problem was fixed. And perhaps this is why it was not listed in the version history.
