You can check if your order went through by logging into your Steinberg Shop account. This isn’t the same as your forum or MySteinber accounts.

Your activation code was supposed to have been emailed to you as soon as your payment was confirmed. Please check your Spam folder, and the “Promotions” tab if you’re using Gmail.
