I find the auto-split feature of WL6 very slow compared to WL4. All I want to do is add generic markers at 3min intervals to a batch of wav files. WL4 did this within a second or so but WL6 seems to have to scan each file to do the same process. I have not specified that the markers have to be at a point of silence so I don’t understand why it has to scan the file. The PC is not slow (last years i7, plenty of RAM, 7200rpm hard drive).
Is there some setting I’m overlooking?
