Yes … of course… reason after Cubase
Unfortunately starting 2 or whatever bar above dont change the midi timing problem
Found in the forum that setting off the play focus button on reason solved the same problem I described.
Unfortunately here this didn’t work. If I disable the play focus on reason, the reason sequencer doesn’t start anymore … that means working with Cubase alone.
Since I like to use daw for music and not to complicate and lost my inspiration, I solved with the old trick 
but boring: reprogramming the reason parts inside Cubase.
At least I will continue to play
