When I try to play midi the program is counting in m sec.
It needs to be reset but I can’t remember where.

To the top left of the interface, there’s something called Mouse Position Box. It has a bunch of numbers in it. Click that to switch between Beats/BPM and Seconds display.
I strongly recommend upgrading to a version of Cubase 9.5 at some point. It doesn’t need to be the most expensive version. It’s much more intuitive and faster to use than Cubase VST 5.

When I start playing the song is moving (counting) in m seconds, what mean very slow.
On the transport bare the last digits moving slowly.
