Recreating hypersonic patch

Post by mozart » Wed Sep 16, 2015 2:20 pm

So I'm gradually replacing a few old hypersonic sounds that I use with other synths to future proof my projects a bit.

I've got to patch 119 in the GM set - synth drums.

Love this sound as a simmons type tom. Can't find another quite like it in software.

Anyone any idea how I might program this in another synth?

I have halion sonic SE, omnisphere, Massive and a few others.

Just some tips to get started would be great.

I've found a similar sound in other VST i synths / samplers but nothing quite sounds like this one.

Love the fact it's across the whole keyboard as well rather than just 3 or 4 tom samples....
