Steinberg UR12: Will I get any issue on Windows 10 or 8 ?

Hello, this is the first time I will buy something like this. [Steinberg UR12]

  1. Wİll I get any issue on Windows 10 - 8 especially 10!? :question:
  2. Will I get a good quality (pretended to be my real voice) ?
  3. I have neewer nw800 mic is it okay to connect it to this what do you thing about my voice with this ?
    4.My voice comes like numbed person or I talk from my nose on all devices a big shame. :blush: Can I fix this with any tool if I get this product which is going to be better voice ?
