Difference between UR12 and UR22 MkII

Is there apart from the number of inputs, any difference between the UR 12 and UR 22 MkII?

I want to use it to record guitar

I read an article where it says that the MKII is upgraded with Apple iPad-compatibility ,etc. Compard to the original unit (UR22) the “UR22mkII now works with the iPad, and even comes with the Cubasis LE app. The drivers are compatible with Mac and Windows and come in ASIO, Core Audio, and WDM formats”.
