I have UR22 mkII that works my previous PC - Win8. I changed my computer to intel i5 quadcore KabyLake - 7th generation high performance cpu and I install the Win7 to my pc - there is special reason I need to run a special version of a music software. Anyway, I installed the UR22 driver to my computer, in fact, the computer can’t find the device even though the driver installed properly. I wonder the UR22 doesn’t work on 7th cpu KabyLake, or Win7 with KabyLake cpu.
Anyone there has same problem like me?
Yamaha branch customer support team told me they have no solution.
