CMC PD and Groove Agent Se4 pads are now out of order

Im using Cubase 8.20 and Groove agent se4 with the CMC PD at first all the pads were assigned correctly to Groove agent now all of a sudden some are missing or out of order did I do something wrong every thing was fine before pleae help this is messing with my workflow

The graphic of the pads in GASE4 may not always line up with the pads on the CMC PD. This is because sometimes a sub-kick (or similar) patch is on B0 and that is placed in lower left corner rather than the normal C1. What specific patch do you have loaded?
