Thanks, Widestone. Your message helped me to realise that all I needed to do was to download the Padshop Pro license to my eLicenser by entering my license key in eLicenser Control Centre. Now I see PadshopPro in the bottom right corner 
Clear instructions in the email from Steinberg would have helped, but you came to my rescue!
