Quick update:
I might have been creating some sort of buffer error.
On Mac, it seems possible to have a different Core Audio buffer in devices settings than your devices buffer. (See attachment)
On Mac, you can see the pop up in the center. You have to open config app to get the other buffer menu.
On Windows, this is not a problem. You select Control Panel and the Soundgrid Driver Control Panel pops up. (Simple)
I’m going to test this tomorrow and see if I can get a record error again.
