mackie control problem

Hi
I have problem with mackie control. It’s first time I use it so I have two questions:
1} I’m trying to control neve genesys black using neundo, I added mackie control (using ethernet 1) and macke control 2 (ethernet 2). When i oenen the session I can’t make mute of the track (also can’t make any track solo)? how can I solve that?
2} I made mistake and I put two different mackie control (one and two ) to use the same Ethernet port (by mistake) and now nuendo crashes when I try to launch it. How can I remove mackie control without nuendo lunching???

Hi,

  1. As far as I can see, Neve Genesys Black isn’t using Mackie Control protocol, but Mackie HUI.

  2. Probably the most simple way is to trash Nuendo preferences, and start with Factory Settings.
