Peak files?

Post by fenderchris » Mon Aug 25, 2014 6:24 pm

I've been trying to get some information about the many 'Peak' files that have been created by Nuendo, but get this - the word 'Peak' does not appear anywhere in the N6 User Manual - Maybe it's in the N6.5 User Manual that must be on its way to us!

I just paid about 400GBP to upgrade from N5 to N6.5 so surely it comes with a proper pdf user manual?

WTF

Peak files contain waveform image data so the program doesn't have to read the actual waveform each time. Deleting them will cause them to be recreated.

Thanks, I'll leave them be then.
