O.K. Tom said, that this feature is “on the list”, and some others feel QuickTime pro might be in the way out. “The API was deprecated” was the phrase used.
How about Steinberg allowing us to export to a proprietary film format, that we can then convert to QuickTime? Reading that it doesn’t make sense, because someone would have to develop an application to read the Steinberg format.
I’ll still post it, so that those older and wiser can make sensible suggestions.
