Post by nordlead26 » Tue Sep 04, 2018 1:22 pm

where is my "support ticket" on my steinberg?

I want to upload a crashdump file but there is non option for me to submit a ticket... I have cubase registered ... and the only option I have is "steinberg distrubutors" ..

when I go to this section: https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/en-u ... ct-support

and I click on submit a ticket... im back again to this:

What can I do for solve this situation?

Also if you see there "my requests" there is non option to make a ticket... only empty box...

I will appreciate your help, thanks.

What country are you in? The web page pretty much tells you what's going on.
Cubase Pro, Nuendo, and Dorico Pro; latest versions available.

It tells you to find the distributor for your country, on that page, and contact them. There are many threads about international support.

uhm... well yes I read that before, but I wonder how they can help with a crashdump?... distributors are not developers... just sellers

or im missing something? as im understand a cubase Crashdump should be send to devs for bug fixes, or am I wrong?

I dont understand for what is this if at the end the only I can do is contact a distributor, no e-mail provided or a support ticket;
"Email support

We provide a support request form for registered users in MySteinberg.
