My spoken word artist is trying to use VST connect performer to complete a track we are working on. She is using a HP PC with Windows 7 and Norton Antivirus Suite. She downloaded the latest version of the VST connect, and installed, she then ran the software and waited for me to call with the connection key, this is where the problem started. About 15 minutes after doing in the install and seeing the initial opening screen, Nortons reported that the software was a virus and removed the driver, it then removed several other files associated with the software, now it will not open or run at all, she can not even reinstall it.
Has anyone encountered this problem or have a solution.
