This would be nice as an option that could be toggled in Preferences.
Show a little left or right arrow (or some other visual indicator) on the left and/or right edge of a MIDI region in the Project window which indicates that some MIDI data (notes, CC, etc.) contained within the region is outside of the region’s left or right bounds at a glance - without having to open a region and check.
