Information update: new video engine development

I don’t blame the staff at SB because I dare say that some of them feel embarrassed about what happened within a company they are loyaly representing. However, SOMEONE is to blame here?!

I, like you, have been 100% loyal to SB also. But every time there is a major Windows update (or whatever), I find myself having to spend more money to keep up with solving the issue! Again, in hindsight, I wish I had stuck with Windows_7 and Cubase_7. From that point on, everything started going wrong …

A forum should be about voicing your opinion. Whether it is a good or bad opinion should not matter - as long as what you are saying is the truth. That way, SB can LEARN from their customers. It should not be a case of Moderators jumping down your throat or members accusing you of trolling. I ask, what is so wrong with expressing annoyance over a matter that has taken 448 days (or however long it is) to resolve?! As I mentioned, this has been my first such posting in months.
