The new video engine in 7.1.40 does not play QT Reference files from Avid Media Composer. It worked before. I have purchased the DNxL playback licence and full same as source exports from Avid work just fine. Its just that I then need to wait 45 min or more for a long timeline to export from Avid MC and have a large file to deal with instead of a 20 sec export from Avid MC and start work immediately
Doing this a few time in a day is a serious productivity loss.
Any Ideas on a fix.
