Unfortunately Dorico doesn’t yet support this kind of repeat bar symbol, either in the staff or as a chord symbol. You can add it as text, though: type Shift+X, then in the popover that appears, change the character style to ‘Music text’ using the menu in the top right-hand corner, and copy and paste the appropriate symbol from here.
