Windows 10 Spring upgrade - eLicenser fails

After my computer had its Win 10 spring upgrade yesterday I found that Cubase failed to start. Following the instructions on Steinberg’s support page, I reinstalled the eLicenser. After a few goes, Cubase started but began to reinstall the driver for my Steinberg UR22 II audio interface. This process hangs; a look at Task Manager shows it using 0% CPU. I’ve raised a ticket with Steinberg support.

What is going on? Any ideas?

Hi,

Right-click to the eLCC application and start is as Administrator. Start Maintenance. Once it’s done, quit eLCC.

Make sure the UR22mkII driver is up to date, please.

All sorted now. I reinstalled the Yamaha Steinberg driver.
