Editor Linking

Post by Tom H » Wed Dec 21, 2016 6:14 am

In 8.5 you could turn off editor linking for the key editor (editor follows the selected clip), I made a keyboard shortcut for it because it was useful to see what notes the chords were playing when making other parts. With editor linking disabled you could have multiple key editors showing different parts.
Is there a way to do that or something similar in 9?
Thanks

Hi,

The function you are searching for is called Editor Content Follows Event Selection in Cubase 9. And it's in the Preferences > Editors.
