DCOM Connection Error

Post by AlexisMixail » Sun May 13, 2018 8:12 pm

Hi, Guys.

I have a problem with my Cubase 9.5.

Each time i start a project i get this error "DCOM connection to program 'Synsopos.exe' failed. Error:The RPC server is unavailable"

I changed the place of the USB slot nothing.

It happens but not every time, one time it doesn't one time it does this is really getting on my nerves.. as the project im working on just freezes and i have to END TASK Cubase from the Task Manager, restart the program and then this error appears.

Any solutions?

I've just bought Cubase Pro 10 as a brand new user and I am not able to use it because of these error messages. Getting the DCOM connection to program "Synsopos.exe" failed message and the message "This program must run with data execution protection (DEP) enabled. You cannot turn off DEP for this program." Has this not had a fix yet?

Hi and welcome,

have you tried to follow the article linked above?

What OS do you use? Do you have the latest update of your OS? Do you have the latest update of eLCC? Do you have Microsoft Redistributable installed?
