I’m not sure if it possible, anyway.
This days most of us using powerfull GPU & most of time we don’t load it more then 10%, what i cant tell about CPU.
Interface
When Cubase ASIO performance loaded around 80% work slows down, because of interface. Mixer,Channel Editors, VST/VSTi, opens much more slowly then in empty project, Vari-Audio also. Zooming/Editing/ when you have tons of short cutted audio events, and floder track, start be real pain.
I know some companies release VST which works with GPU, but there no success (correct me if wrong).
VSTi/VSTI
as i say, some companies release VST based on gpu, so why steinberg can’t do same? (if it doesn’t decrease performance)
i know its not so easy, maybe even impossible.
