I can see the "pitchbend rang"e and the “max voice” labels in the left/right top corners of Mystic, Prologue and Spector in my Cubase 9.5.30 on both Mac and Windows.
To get more more information abbot the Generic Remote, I would recommend start with Operation Manual.
