BUG - "Read" automation turns off when moving plugin

When moving a plugin with automation, read automation turns off.

This happens when you write the automation by selecting the write automation button via plugin window, NOT when selecting write automation via track. This also happens for any imported tracks via track archive no matter what.


To replicate:

  1. create any track
  2. add plugin to insert 1 and record automation by selecting “w” within the PLUGIN window. When finished recording turn “w” off
  3. move plugin to insert 2
  4. notice how read function automatically turns off

To replicate another way:

  1. create any track
  2. add plugin to insert 1 and record automation by selecting “w” on the TRACK. When finished recording turn “w” off
  3. export selected tracks, delete those tracks, and re-import via track archive
  4. move plugin to insert 2
  5. notice how read function automatically turns off
