import multi preset halion 3 into halion 5

Hi there,

Does anybody know how I can import my multi vstpresets from Halion 3 into Halion 5 ?
I think I’ve hit all the buttons but I can’t get it done. And it seems that the support is on vacation.

Anybody ???
